SOAtel was founded in November of 2006 with a Mission to:

SOAtel believes that most 3G / 4G Mobile, Tru2Way and Web 2.0 applications are composed of common, reusable functions. Each of these functions can be created once and thourougly tested. Once they pass testing, they can be rapidly interconnected in various ways to create an unlimited number of unique applications.
