Where can I access the SOAtel Portal? The SOAtel Portal (SOAportal) can be launched by logging in on the www.soatel.com homepage using any Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser. To run the portal, the browser must support and allow Java Webstart. Note: Some public webstations do not allow activation of Java Webstart applications due to security concerns.
